The ASEAN Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (ACESP), hosted by the ASEAN Centre for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD), is delighted to announce a new partnership with the Sustainable Environment Research Institute (SERI), Chulalongkorn University, to conduct a Social Network Analysis (SNA) in support of a regional initiative on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) systems, with a focus on packaging waste.
This partnership marks an exciting step forward in enhancing regional coordination, identifying key actors, and mapping interlinkages among stakeholders involved in EPR implementation across ASEAN. The SNA will generate valuable insights to inform policy design, foster collaboration, and support more coherent and effective circular economy practices.
This initiative contributes to ACESP’s broader mission of strengthening knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement, and policy coherence to accelerate the circular economy transition in the ASEAN region.
