This key event will take place on 1-2 October 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, Bangkok, Thailand, and will be held in conjunction with the SX Sustainability Exhibition.
ACEF2024 is an essential platform for fostering dialogue between the ASEAN policy community and stakeholders, aimed at advancing the region’s circular transition through national policies and regional collaboration. This year’s forum will explore critical themes, including:
- Supporting innovation and entrepreneurship for a circular transition
- Showcasing existing circular economy practices from ASEAN and the EU
- Building on ASEAN’s traditions and values for a sustainable future
Complementing the forum are two side events, organized by the Hanns Seidel Foundation Vietnam and the Embassy of Finland/Business Finland, focusing on circular startups and private-sector solutions in the textiles and plastics industries.
